I had the pleasure of working with Em many years ago now when he was with WTB and no-one could have been more passionate or worked harder to promote his beloved Wales. There was one particular trip to America that has stayed long in the memory, we worked hard but had so much fun along the way. San Diego went down in history on that occasion!
